This policy describes what the ChoozPartners portal at my.choozpartners.com collects and how Chooz Marketing (“Chooz”, “we”) uses it.

What we collect

When you create an account or claim a profile we collect your name, email address, business details (company name, industry, ZIP, optional phone), and the technical basics needed to run the service (such as sign-in events). We do not ask for passwords — sign-in works through emailed links and codes, or a sign-in provider you choose.

How we use it

To review your access request, operate your company workspace, provide the services you ask for, and contact you about them. We do not sell your personal information. Adding a phone number does not enroll you in text messages.

Sharing

Information is shared only with the service providers that host and deliver the Portal (such as hosting and email delivery), and as required by law. Your company’s public directory listing remains public.

Retention and your choices

We keep account information while your account is active or as needed for the services. To correct or remove your information, or ask anything about this policy, contact ed@choozmarketing.com.
