Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the ChoozPartners company workspace at my.choozpartners.com (the “Portal”), operated by Chooz Marketing (“Chooz”, “we”).

Your account

Creating an account or claiming a business profile files a request that Chooz reviews. Access to a company’s workspace is granted only after we confirm your connection to that company. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure; sign-in links and codes are single-use and expire quickly.

Acceptable use

Use the Portal only for managing your own company’s presence and services with Chooz. Do not misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a business, attempt to access another company’s information, or interfere with the service.

Services and fees

Creating an account is free and no payment is taken during account setup. Any paid services are agreed separately before they begin.

Content

You are responsible for information you submit through the Portal. You give Chooz permission to use it to provide the services you request, including your public directory presence.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. We will present updated terms in the Portal when they change materially.
